All products sold on LogicSense.store are digital downloadable goods (eBooks and related digital content). Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once a purchase is completed and access to the product has been granted.

Why we don't offer refunds:
Digital products can be downloaded, copied, and accessed immediately upon purchase. Because we cannot "return" a digital file once it has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.

Before you buy:
We encourage you to carefully review each product description, including its contents and format, before completing your purchase. If you have questions about what's included in a product, please contact us at comercial@logicsense.store before buying.

Exceptions:
We may consider a refund or replacement only in the following limited cases:

You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical error.

The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise inaccessible, and we are unable to resolve the issue by providing a working copy.

To report an issue, contact us at comercial@logicsense.store within 14 days of purchase, including your order number and a description of the problem.

Chargebacks:
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly may result in your access to purchased products being revoked and may affect your ability to make future purchases from LogicSense.

Governing law:
This policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which LogicSense operates. Some states have specific consumer protection laws regarding digital sales — if you have concerns about your rights as a buyer in your state, please contact us.
